Kitagawa Ryoha absent from Handshake Event !!

AKB48 official blog announce SKE48 Team S leader Kitagawa Ryoha does not participate in AKB48 NO WAY MAN handshake event today (March 17, 2019) due to poor health condition, she did not participate the handshake event yesterday for the same reason.
